Jaime Felipe Artunduaga

Felipe is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a specialist in administrative law from the same university. He is pursuing a specialization in constitutional law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.

Before joining Brigard Urrutia, Felipe worked at a law firm focused on infrastructure projects, concession contracts, and public law. He also worked at the National Agency for the Legal Defense of the State in the area of national defense in mining, energy, and environmental matters. 

Felipe joined Brigard Urrutia in May 2022, and as a member of the Infrastructure and Public Services team, he is in charge of providing legal support to different road and mining concessionaires in their contractual management, participating in the structuring of infrastructure projects, advising national and foreign entities in public and private selection processes; participating in advising on disciplinary and fiscal liability matters, as well as in constitutional actions.
