Daniela Tangarife Vélez

Daniela is a lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana that joined the Capital Markets and Securities Regulation team in June, 2023. Daniela advises different foreign and local clients in securities issuances in the local and foreign markets; in the constitution and operation of private equity funds and diverse investment vehicles; and in the marketing and promotion of foreign financial and capital markets products and services in Colombia; and in regulatory matters related with finance and capital markets.

Before joining the firm, Daniela worked in a globally relevant bank, advising in corporate governance matters and financial regulation. Currently, she focuses her practice on diverse capital markets transactions of local and international clients, in the private equity industry, and in financial and securities regulation matters. As part of the Capital Markets and Securities Regulation team, Daniela advises different stakeholders in ESG and impact investment matters, including, supporting companies in their sustainability reports as well as their sustainable frameworks for fund raising.
