Andrés Alberto Serrano

Attorney from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from Universidad de los Andes and Masters degree (LLM) in International Business Law from King's College London.

He advises clients on the structuring, negotiation and closing of transactions for the acquisition of strategic assets. Andrés also advises clients on the design and implementation of joint ventures for the development of real estate projects.
