On May 29 of 2020, the SSPD issued the Resolution No. 20201000017585 by means of which different measures were taken, regarding the extension of the suspension of terms, the revocation of a resolution and the resumption of terms. In that regard, the suspension of terms for disciplinary procedures of the of Internal Disciplinary Control Office of the SSPD was extended. Additionally, attention to the public was suspended at the SSPD headquarters and service points until June 30, 2020, however, it was announced that all virtual channels enabled to receive citizen requests will be available.
On the other hand, the SSPD ordered that all procedural terms related to the publicity of the acts issued in the framework of administrative actions that are taking place in the General Territorial Direction and in the Territorial Direction of the SSPD in which there is no electronic address will be resumed since June 1, 2020.
