The Superior Council of the Judicial Branch clarified that all the constitutional actions “tutelas” are being distributed and are being decided through established virtual channels. The purpose of the reference to life, health, and habeas corpus’ rights, included in the Article 2, No. 1, of the Agreement PCSJA20-11526 of March 22, 2020, is to take expedite decisions regarding those rights, since those decisions are key during COVID-19 crisis.
