This measure will be in force from Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., as well as between 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., according to the last digit of the vehicle's unique national plate number. Vehicles whose plate ends in an even number, including the number zero (0), will be restricted on even numbered days of the calendar. On odd days of the calendar, vehicles whose plate ends in the odd digit are restricted.

The District Secretary of Mobility (Secretaría Distrital de Movilidad) shall keep a record of the license plates of vehicles exempted from this measure and the Traffic Police of Bogotá shall be responsible for the surveillance and control of the measures adopted.
