Paola Ordóñez Arias

Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes with Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University. She has broad experience in corporate law, in particular in mergers & acquisitions. Admitted to practice in Colombia and in the State of New York. She has international experience and worked in the Latin American finance and M&A practice at Herbert Smith Freehills New York LLP in New York. She has advised governmental entities in privatization processes under Law 226 of 1995. She is currently a professor of Property and Real Rights at Universidad de los Andes.
