Joined the firm in 2019 for the summer program and returned in 2020. As a member of the Corporate M&A team, Juanita supports the associates in the development of the tasks that each transaction requires, under their supervision and leadership.

Juanita graduated with an IB diploma from Marymount School, attended both the Boston University (2016) and the University of Notre Dame (2018) summer programmes. In 2022, graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de los Andes. 

She has also been a teaching assistant in Universidad de los Andes for Constitutional Law, Introduction of Law Studies and Legislation and Public Politics; Real Estate; and in Universidad Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Corporations.

She is currently an active member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Seminar at the Universidad de los Andes and she was part of the coordinator committee of the first Colombian congress in said area.
