Felipe Alarcón

Felipe is partner of the Banking and Financial Services team and rejoined the firm in 2021. He represents national and international clients in project financings, exempt placements of securities in international markets and advises on corporate, commercial, M&A and financial regulation matters. 
He also has experience in the public sector, specifically in financial regulation issues in Colombia.
