Eduardo Rosado Fernández de Castro

He Joined the firm in 2019. Lawyer from Gran Colombia University with a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from Externado de Colombia University and in Corporate Law from Javeriana University. He has extensive experience in the implementation of legal-negotiation structures, especially in corporate, regulatory and M&A matters. He has led the corporate model of sustainable management and has comprehensive handling of executive boards.
His main professional career was in the Gas sector, as Vice President of Corporate Affairs of Promigas, where he was in charge of the following areas: Legal Affairs Management, Corporate Communications Management and Sustainability and Environment Management. 

He has also served as legal advisor to Cementos Argos, as legal head in processes that led to the acquisition of cement assets in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, and as a consultant lawyer in the civil and commercial areas.
He has been recognized by the international publication Legal 500 as one of the most influential corporate lawyers in the country in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018. He was also recognized by the Fundación ProBono Colombia for his work as ProBono Coordinator and Attorney in May 2013. Member of the Ethics Committee at Confecámaras.

He has been a professor of the Corporate Law postgraduate course at the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla and Javeriana University in Bogotá, as well as the postgraduate course in Mining and Energy Law and Energy Regulation in Externado de Colombia University.
