Colombian National Hydrocarbons Agency (“ANH” in Spanish) published the official communication (“circular” in Spanish) 05 of 2022 by which it adopts guidelines for the presentation of the semi-annual executive reports corresponding to the second semester of 2021 and the annual technical report for the year 2021. The guidelines shall be the following: 

1. In respect to: TEAs, E&E Contracts, Hydrocarbon E&P Contracts, Hydrocarbon Exploitation Agreements and Hydrocarbon Exploration and Exploitation Agreements, the contractors can comply with the obligation to deliver the semi-annual executive report (“IES” in Spanish) of the second semester of 2021 established in the respective contract, with the presentation of the annual technical report ("ITA" in Spanish) for 2021, that is established by article 57 of Resolution 18 1495 of 2009.
2. If the IES is presented according with this alternative and there is information that is not included in the ITA Report for 2021, in accordance with the provisions of article 57 of Resolution 18 1495 of 2009, this additional information from the IES shall be submitted by the contractors as supplementary information attached to the ITA.
3. The information referring to the performance of contractual commitments for the second semester of 2021, in areas exploitation, production, and operation and is part of the content of the IES, must be sent through the WEB forms called "Ejecución PTE” (in Spanish). The term for presentation of this report shall be extended until March 31, 2022.
