Subscribers and users have the possibility to accept or reject this measure. It should be noted that the selection of the option of deferred payment must be a decision adopted by the subscriber and/or user for each of the invoices subject to the measure.

The invoice must contain at least the following information

  • The conditions for selecting the deferred payment option
  • The conditions of the financing rate,
  • The start date of the payment,
  • The payment period,

While in the case of subscribers and/or residential users of strata 3 and 4 and industrial and commercial subscribers and/or users, the rate of the direct credit line to the public utilities companies provided for in Legislative Decrees 581 and 819 of 2020 will be applied. In the event that it is not established, the lowest rate of the acquired market will be applied.

  • For subscribers and/or residential users of strata 1 and 2, the payment period will be thirty-six (36) months.
